Today, training and transformation indicators are mainly limited to descriptions of "effort": satisfaction rates, completion rates, attendance...
This is only a partial view of the real impact of the programs deployed.
But what are what are the indicators of change? How can they be appropriated and implemented? And how can they be used to steer transformations/change at scale?
