The Fifty company, which publishes the solution of the same name, is committed to managing its users' data in a responsible and transparent manner.

Our Privacy Policy, detailed below, is addressed to the users of the app.fifty.do site and aims to inform you about the way in which the Fifty company may collect and process your data.

The data that you submit to us or that we collect when using our solution is protected by our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of this information and how you can manage it.

We take the protection of your data very seriously and our Privacy Policy may change to further protect it. You will find the most recent version on our website fifty.do.

 

By using app.fifty.do, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy. In case of disagreement with all or part of this policy, please do not browse on app.fifty.do and/or do not use our services.

1. What information is collected by Fifty?

No personal data of a sensitive nature is processed.

Personal data is collected and processed in order to offer you actions adapted to your profile and to send you communications by email and/or SMS and/or Teams/Slack. The communication of this information will allow us to grant you a complete and personalized access to the solution.

The personal data collected and processed are :

- Category Civil status :surname, first name

- Category Professional life: company, country, working language, email address, phone number if given by the user, division/entity

- Categories Internet data: IP address, cookies, Fifty email data, Fifty browsing data

- Category Usage data: acceptance of the TOS, registration data, share data

2. Who collects them?

Your data is only collected by the company FIFTY, SAS with a share capital of 1,328.46 euros, registered in the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under SIREN no. 839 510 831, whose registered office is located at 5Avenue du Général de Gaulle 94160 Saint-Mandé (hereinafter: "FIFTY").

Fifty solves the problem of taking action in training and transformation. Our eDoing platform is the missing link in an effective training system.
It recommends, each week, on a given theme, micro-actions, called challenges, to be accepted and then carried out while working. These micro-actions are personalized and measurable. The follow-up of their realization is accessible by the employer for teams of at least 4 people in order to respect the anonymity of each one.

Fifty is a responsive web platform and a mobile application (IOS and Android), coupled with everyday tools: emails, Microsoft Teams or Slack notifications, and if you wish: calendar and sms invitations.


3. How are they collected?

The information is collected from three sources:

  • The data provided by your employer. Your companies send us information (surname, first name, professional email address) to register you in their Fifty courses.
  • Information shared by you, the user. In order to personalize your experience, you may be asked to provide us with additional information if you wish.
  • Usage data. We retrieve your usage data to allow the customization of your courses and the use of all features.


4. Why are they collected?

We collect these different data in order to : 

  • Allowing you to navigate smoothly on the platform.
  • Personalize your micro-actions , in the most optimal way, thanks to the data you have provided us with and those collected during your use of the platform.
  • Allow reporting by teams (of at least 4 people in order to preserve your anonymity) to clients.


5. To whom are they shared?

Fifty never shares or resells your personal information with other companies for commercial purposes. The only companies with whom we may share your data are our service providers if this is necessary to fulfill our contract with our customers.

We have two service providers, based in France:

  • Our host: Amazon Web Services, head office: 67boulevard du Général Leclerc 92110 Clichy, France.
  • Our email solution: Sendin Blue, head office: 55 Rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France.

The data collected is not accessible by your employer.

They are shared with your teammates if you wish to designate one when you accept your actions, in order to benefit from its support. 


6. How long is my data kept? 

Your data will be stored for a maximum of 24 months after your last use of the solution.

Your data is then automatically anonymized.


7. Who can I contact if I have questions or complaints about how my data is used?

You benefit from a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion or limitation of the processing. You may object to the processing of data concerning you and have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@fifty.do.
