Fifty and Féfaur surveyed hundreds of HR-training decision-makers to obtain an overview of the main issues related to training and the adoption of new behaviors within organizations.

3 key figures:

• 70% of respondents believe that their main challenge today is measuring behavior change.

• More than half of respondents name the lack of tools to ensure the continuum between training, skills and performance as the main obstacle to measuring the impact of training.

• For more than 90% of respondents, learning is best done by doing.
