The project
At the crossroads of the DIY and tech worlds, ManoMano wants to challenge preconceptions about the place of women in these sectors. As part of The Ladder, their internal community focused on empowering women, ManoMano has created an empowerment programme for all women in the company to encourage parity and female leadership. With a strong Do it Yourself culture, the aim is to help women take action and become the driving force behind their own development. ManoMano has therefore chosen to combine the "#IamRemarkable" training created by Google with an eDoing programme, in order to put theory into practice as soon as they leave the course.
The programme has been a great success with +85% active participation and several hundred actions taken in just a few weeks.
