The project
Fifty supports Michelin in its transformation through eDoing.
A first program, co-constructed with La Manufacture des Talents, Michelin's training center, helped employees to take ownership of their own development by working on their ability to reach out to others, to manage their priorities and to make themselves visible.
This program has been a great success with users, with a 75% adoption rate and a 4.6/5 user satisfaction rating.
