The transfer of learning is an eminently important subject. How can we ensure that learners will actually use what they have learned once they return to the workplace? How can we facilitate the transition to action?

To meet this (and other) challenges, Fifty has developed an approach inspired by behavioural science and nudges. Meeting (at a distance) with Jérémy Salmon, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Fifty, to review this approach to eDoing and the possible contribution of nudges to increase the effectiveness of training.
