Results
The project
Orange Campus Management has launched a system that is as ambitious as it is innovative to support its leaders towards greater leadership. In contrast to the unique leadership model, Orange offered its leaders to deepen their self-knowledge in order to find their own leadership style. Then, to anchor new behaviors on a daily basis, leaders were invited to move from knowledge to practice through a digital platform tailor-made for them.
The device was very successful with a usage rate of +80% and a satisfaction of 4.3/5.
