The project
At the crossroads of the world of DIY and tech, ManoMano wants to dispel prejudices about the place of women in these sectors. As part of The Ladder, their internal community focused on the empowerment of women, ManoMano created an empowerment program for all women in the company in order to encourage parity and female leadership. With a strong Do It Yourself culture, the aim is to help women take action and become drivers of their own development. ManoMano has therefore chosen to combine the "#IamRemarkable" training created by Google with an eDoing program, to put theory into practice as soon as the training is finished.
The program is very successful with +85% active participation and several hundred actions undertaken in just a few weeks.
Customer feedback

"eDoing was a natural fit with our objectives. We wanted to change behaviour and Fifty presented us with an effective and accessible methodology that we could implement very quickly. We went for it!"
