The project
In a context of strong change, BRED wanted to work on the commitment of teams. To do this, she launched a management training program in order to implement or reinforce managerial rituals. Within this program and to invite its managers to take action quickly, the Operations Department launched an eDoing program with 3 objectives: animating teams, managing the activity remotely and managing human capital.
