The project
Fifty is supporting the Michelin Group in its transformation through eDoing.
A first action-based training program co-built with Michelin's Manufacture des Talents made it possible to help employees become drivers of their development by working on their ability to reach out to others, to manage their priorities and to increase their visibility.
This program has been very successful among users with More than 75% of use rate and 4.6/5 of user satisfaction.
