There are many obstacles that prevent us from taking action, even when we intend to do so!
So how can we support behavioural change in companies?
In the behavioural sciences, we use the term Nudge.
These are soft incentives that take account of these obstacles (or cognitive biases) to encourage individuals to anchor new behaviours in the work situation.
