In a context of strong change, BRED wanted to work on the commitment of its teams. To this end, it launched a management training programme to set up or reinforce managerial rituals. As part of this programme, and to encourage its managers to take action quickly, the Operations Department launched an eDoing programme with three objectives: leading the teams, steering the activity remotely and steering the human capital.
"The qualitative feedback has been very positive. The employees liked the immediate and concrete aspect of the change. For my part, I have noticed a real change in behaviour, a better flow of information within the teams and more commitment. The managerial rites are well in place!
