The project

La Poste Mobile has done the essential work of identifying the key skills to be developed in its employees. It provides them with a wide range of inspiring training, eLearning and webinars.

However, the HR department is aware of the risk of limiting itself to this knowledge acquisition phase, without putting it into action in the long term in the day-to-day operations.

Fifty therefore supports La Poste Mobile by providing eDoing courses to enable the conversion of Knowledge into Action.
